Refund policy
All return or exchange inquires must be processed via our Return + Exchange Portal : Rebel Bro Return + Exchange Portal
Your return or exchange inquiry must occur within 30 days of delivery. All items must be:
1. In unused/unwashed condition. Following laundering; the item is no longer eligible for returns or exchanges.
2. All original hang tags must in place.
3. Product must be in the original form of packaging.
We have the right to refuse any / all returns and exchanges if the above criteria is not met.
In the instance of a return : customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping in addition to a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted to return shop credit owed.
• All items become final sale after laundering has occurred.
• International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges at this time.
• Once the item has been sent back, in our possession and we have found to be in new condition we will issue your return via gift card.
• We do not process cancellations or returns to original forms of payment. All refunds are issued in the form of store credit.
• Sale items and floats are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Please note that processing an exchange will require a return shipping fee to cover any/all shipping costs.
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect (broken zipper, hole in seam, etc.), please take photos of the item and submit to our customer care team via email at hello@rebelbro.com.
We offer replacement of defective items at no additional cost to you, subject to proof of purchase and damage. We do not consider wear and tear or washing issues defective.
