All return or exchange inquires must be processed via our Return + Exchange Portal : Rebel Bro Return + Exchange Portal

Your return or exchange inquiry must occur within 30 days of delivery. All items must be:

1. In unused/unwashed condition. Following laundering; the item is no longer eligible for returns or exchanges.

2. All original hang tags must in place.

3. Product must be in the original form of packaging.

We have the right to refuse any / all returns and exchanges if the above criteria is not met.

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect (broken zipper, hole in seam, etc.), please take photos of the item and submit to our customer care team via email at hello@rebelbro.com.

We offer replacement of defective items at no additional cost to you, subject to proof of purchase and damage. We do not consider wear and tear or washing issues defective.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please reach out to hello@rebelbro.com to discuss your order.

We do not process returns or cancellations to original form of payment. All refunds will be issued in the form of store credit.

Customers who opted for Free Returns + Package Protection at checkout are eligible for free returns and exchanges.

If you did not opt for this coverage at the time of purchase; there will be a $10 handling fee for your return and/or exchange.

Once you have submitted your return / exchange request via the Portal -

• All items become final sale after laundering has occurred.
• International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges at this time.
• Once the item has been sent back, in our possession and we have found to be in new condition we will issue your return via gift card.
• Sale and / or items purchased with a promotional code are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
• All items become final sale after laundering has occurred.
• Please note that processing an exchange will require a return shipping fee to cover any/all shipping costs.
• We do not process cancellations or returns to original forms of payment. All refunds are issued in the form of store credit.

Our warehouse staff is committed to getting all orders processed and shipped as fast as possible! With that said - this does limit our ability to make any changes or alterations to orders without creating inefficiencies to our fulfillment process.

• Size alternations can only be made within the initial 3 hours following your order being place and / or prior to your order entering the fulfillment phase. We do our best to make those adjustments on your behalf in our system before your items ship.
• At this time we are unable to combine orders.
• Please ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. Once the order is placed we CANNOT change the shipping address. If the incorrect address was used, we will need to cancel the entire order and resubmit as long as the items have not shipped yet. If items have shipped, you will need to contact the shipping carrier to redirect the package to the correct address. Once an order has shipped, Rebel Bro is not responsible for any items that have been shipped to the incorrect address provided by the customer at checkout.

Only one discount or promotion can be applied to your order at a time. Discounts are not combinable.  

Discounts may apply to all eligible products in your cart, product exclusions may apply and those products will not be discounted at checkout.

Once your order is placed; discount codes and / other promotions cannot ne retroactively added.

We understand the importance of timely delivery and strive to fulfill orders within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. EST Friday through Sunday will begin processing on the following business day and be shipped with 5-7 business days.

At Rebel Bro we offer free shipping on all US orders $99+.

Orders under $99 will be charged a calculated shipping rate based on the weight of the order, the destination, and the service type.

To avoid shipping delays, please make sure you enter your complete and correct shipping address with full highway names instead of abbreviations. 

Rebel Bro is not liable if your order is shipped to an incorrect location due to incorrect address entry by the customer. In the instance where the package is returned to us via "return to sender"; secondary re-shipment to the correct address will come at a cost to the customer.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. (Please note we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed deliveries.)

Your order will be subject to duties and taxes on top of the purchase price of your clothing. We do not cover these costs and they will be billed directly to you. Payment of these duties is typically required before final delivery. The tax/duty rate is dependent on your location and is subject to fluctuation.

If you refuse your order upon delivery; a 20% restocking fee, any/all shipping fees, any/all penalty fees we accrue from the carrier and 5% handling fee will be automatically deducted from your store credit we will issue you upon successfully receiving our items back. If our items are not returned to us from the carrier company; no refund or store credit of any kind willl be issued.

Free Returns + Package Protection is an added layer of protection to your order which ensures replacement if your package is lost, damaged, or stolen.

This coverage also waives any / all return and/or exchange costs.

Shipping insurance does not cover issues resulting from incorrect address entry or damage caused by mishandling after delivery. 

Shipping insurance is offered as an optional add-on during the checkout process. The consumer can choose whether or not to purchase this coverage. 

By not opting for Free Returns + Package Protection, Rebel Bro is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages.

By not opting for Free Returns + Package Protection you will also be responsible for a $10 handling cost in the instance of a return or exchange.

If you purchased shipping insurance for your order and you believe your order has been lost, stolen or damaged ; you can report an issue to hello@rebelbro.com. 

You must contact us within 30 days to receive a resolution. 

In order for a claim to be issued; your shipment must go without a formal scan by the shipping carrier for 7 business days.

HEADWEAR 

Spot cleaning is recommended for all headwear products. Do not machine wash at any time.

APPARAEL

1. Wash products inside out.
2. Wash alone or with like colors.
3. Wash products using aclear and gentle detergent (such as free and clear).
4. Wash products on cold  water setting.
5. Wash products on delicate washer setting.
6. Never machine dry your Rebel Bro products. Please air dry your Rebel Bro products.

FOOTWEAR 

1. Remove mud, dirt and other debris from the boot surface to avoid staining.
2. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight AND extreme heat.

Due to extreme order volumes preorders cannot be cancelled or altered.

Please review the size chart and product details prior to checking out to ensure you have selected the correct size.

If you order a preorder item with a ready to ship / non-preorder item, please understand they will ship together once the preorder is ready to ship.

If you want to receive a ready to ship item sooner, please place a separate order.

In the preorder details on the product you will see clearly stated information about the estimated turn around time for the preorder item. This is an estimate and shipment estimates are always subject to change.
