This is our “thank you” to you. Earn points for activities like referrals and purchases, and use them for discounts on future purchases. The more points you collect, the more you save.

You can earn points every time you shop, and on a variety of activities. To see all the ways you can earn points, check the Earn Points section on the 'Rebel Bro Rewards' page.

Once you’re logged into your account, go to the “Rewards” section of the Rebel Bro Rewards page. If you have enough points, you can exchange them for rewards and must use them on orders $35 and above. Exclusions may apply.

You likely have pending points! The bold number shown includes your pending points, but it takes 14 days for those points to fully process and be added to your account. Once they’re done pending, you’ll be able to redeem your rewards.

• Approved : Ready to use for rewards.
• Pending : Your points are awaiting verification. Typical for recent purchases and referrals.
• Cancelled : Not added to your account, for example when a purchase is cancelled.

Points for purchases will become available after a 14-day pending period from the order date. During this time, they will appear as "pending" in your account. Once the approval period ends, your points will be added to your available balance automatically.

Your vouchers will expire 30 days after you redeem them, so make sure to use them before they’re gone!

Unfortunately, our system does not support combining discounts with vouchers. If your voucher is not working, it is likely because the sale discount offers a better value and is applied automatically.

Unfortunately, if you used a voucher, we can’t edit your order. You would need to cancel it instead.

Unfortunately, codes can't be stacked. Loyalty Rewards do not combine with any other discounts. You can redeem rewards or use discount codes, but you cannot use both in the same order.

Points will be awarded to the account you made the purchase under. If you would like to merge your accounts, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@rebelbro.com
